Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven and motivatedRecruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this fast-paced role, you will manage a busy temp desk supplying staff to a wide range of clients. This is a full 360 role requiring a mix of sales, service, and candidate management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow an existing temp desk or develop new business opportunities
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles
  • Build strong relationships with clients through site visits, check-ins, and excellent customer service
  • Fill bookings quickly and efficiently, often at short notice
  • Write and manage job adverts across multiple platforms
  • Ensure compliance with right-to-work checks and other legal/industry standards
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM and timesheet systems

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or high-volume temporary staffing (essential)
  • Strong understanding of the industrial/logistics/warehouse sector
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • IT proficient (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, job boards)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised
  • Full UK driving licence (required for client visits and on-site support)
