Description
The key responsibilities for the role of Credit Controller include:
- Manage customer accounts and monitor outstanding balances to ensure timely payments.
- Chase overdue invoices and follow up with customers on payment queries.
- Process and record invoices accurately within the accounting system.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Support month-end reporting and provide updates on aged debt to the finance team.

A successful Credit Controller should have:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
- Confidence in chasing payments and resolving disputes professionally.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining accurate financial records.
