As the Director of Nursing - Homecare, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of nurses and clinical staff to provide compassionate, patient-centred care.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality of care.
  • Collaborating with the executive team, clients, families, and external stakeholders for seamless service delivery.
  • Overseeing client relationships, safeguarding, risk assessment, care plans, and packages of care.

The Director of Nursing - Homecare will receive:
  • Annual salary of up to 90,000, depending on experience.
  • 10% annual performance-based bonus.
  • 25 days of annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
