As the Director of Nursing - Homecare, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of nurses and clinical staff to provide compassionate, patient-centred care.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality of care.
- Collaborating with the executive team, clients, families, and external stakeholders for seamless service delivery.
- Overseeing client relationships, safeguarding, risk assessment, care plans, and packages of care.
- Maintaining clinical oversight and adherence to best practices and policies.
- Supporting clinical staff development through training and professional growth opportunities.
Package and Benefits:
The Director of Nursing - Homecare will receive:
- Annual salary of up to 90,000, depending on experience.
- 10% annual performance-based bonus.
- 25 days of annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
- Company EMI scheme after six months of probation.
The ideal candidate for the Director of Nursing - Homecare position will have:
- NMC registration as a Nurse.
- Experience in nurse case management or homecare, focusing on complex learning disabilities, mental health, and physical life-limiting conditions.
- Strong managerial skills with evidence of managing nurses on a regional scale.
- Knowledge of CQC standards with a track record of maintaining at least a Good rating.
