We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing client in the manufacturing sector for an experienced Management Accountant. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role where your financial insight can really influence business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Analyse budget vs. actuals and highlight key variances
- Manage accruals, prepayments, and intercompany journals
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations and departmental reports
- Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
- Collaborate with operational teams to track costs and boost efficiency
What You’ll Need:
- Part or fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA)
- Solid experience in month-end reporting and variance analysis
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs essential)
- Experience in manufacturing or construction (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and confident communication skills
