Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturing business based in Swadlincote to recruit a Maintenance Manager.Salary: c£55,000
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing a team of skilled maintenance engineers, overseeing preventative maintenance programmes, and leading both Capex and Opex projects across the site.
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager will include:
- Develop and implement effective maintenance policies and procedures
- Lead, support and train a team of maintenance technicians
- Manage and deliver capital and operational expenditure projects
- Oversee equipment upgrades, installations and repairs
We are keen to speak to Maintenance Managers who can demonstrate:
- Proven experience in a similar maintenance management role within manufacturing or engineering
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
- A methodical approach to planning and prioritising workloads
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS)
