Looking for an experienced Planned works Supervisor to join a well established maintenance contractor in South Derbyshire

This is a FTC for 6 months. Offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000, great benefits and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Planned work stream and maintenance across a range of properties, ensuring work is completed on time and to standard.
  • Lead a team of operatives, managing schedules, resource allocation, and health and safety compliance.
  • Liaise with tenants, addressing complaints and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Work closely with subcontractors and senior management to meet and exceed contract requirements.
  • Track and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Repairs or Trades/Maintenance Supervisor, within social housing.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Trade background with relevant qualifications. SSSTS is a must for this role
