Sonic Summary

We are seeking Lamb butchers for boning out primal cuts for shops, restaurants, and hospitals.
Candidates must have intermediate English skills and will undergo a skills test before employment.
The position offers a salary of £18.40 per hour for employed workers and £22.20 per hour for self-employed individuals with a valid UTR number.
Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the basic salary after 40 hours, along with a weekly production bonus and a £1,000 loyalty bonus after 12 weeks of service without lateness or absence.
This is a physically demanding role with work hours from 6 am until finish, Monday to Friday, and requires no prior experience.

We require Lamb butchers for boning out of primal for shops, restaurants and hosopitals.

Fast paced and physical work for contractors, with production increase during and up to the winter months

Working on legs, loins and shoulders of the animal

Intermediate English will be required for this position, a SKILLS TEST on the site before offer of work is made

Overtime after 40 hours at 1.5 of basic salary, a test of skills would be required for this position

£18.40ph employed

£22.20ph Self-employed with valid UTR number

Weekly production bonus from £60 to £120 per week, dependent on attendance and performance

£1,000 loyalty bonus after 12 weeks of complete and full service with no LATENESS, ABSENCE OR HOLIDAYS for Grade 1 butchers only
