Approach Personnel is seeking a skilled Contract Night Shift Meat Factory Band Saw Operative to join our client's team in Derby. In this role, you will be responsible for operating band saws to efficiently process meat according to the company’s specifications. As a key member of the production team, your attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols will ensure quality and compliance with food safety regulations. This position involves working night shifts, so flexibility and reliability are essential attributes for this role.
The role will include use of saw, use of dicing machine, mincing, carcass cutting along with some general retail packing and duties.
Monday to Thursday (Apply online only), £15.93ph + Production Bonus, Free onsite parking, company pension, Self-employed package available if you got the UTR number.
- Proven experience operating a band saw in a meat processing environment.
- Knowledge of meat processing standards and safety regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production targets.
- Flexibility to work night shifts consistently.
