If so, I'd love to hear from you.I am looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join my client on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle. You'll play a vital role in helping to deliver a high-quality, responsive HR service while also supporting exciting change and development initiatives.What you'll be doing:

  • Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees, ensuring alignment with policies, procedures, and best practice.
  • Supporting employee relations cases from absence and performance management to disciplinary and grievance matters.
  • Partnering with line managers to support recruitment, onboarding, probation reviews and performance development.
  • Helping to shape and implement people-related projects (e.g. wellbeing, engagement, policy updates, or DEI initiatives).
  • Ensuring HR data and records are accurate and up to date to support reporting and compliance.
  • Being a visible, approachable HR presence across the business.

What we're looking for:

  • A confident, credible HR Advisor with a solid generalist background.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and coach managers.
  • Strong IT, Excel, and HRIS experience.
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.
