Looking to recruit a Maintenance Administrator to join a leading Property Services company based in Coalville
Responsibilities:
- Provide effective administrative support to the management team, carrying out general contract duties to include collating and creating reports, spreadsheets
- Communicate effectively with client and customers to ensure great service is provided
- Raising PO's, Invoicing, managing email inbox, managing compliance, liaise with supply chain
- Handling general inquiries and administration tasks
Offering a competitive salary of up to £27,250 + great benefits
Requirements:
- You’ll have previous experience within the repairs and maintenance sector, or a trade-based background, with good problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong administration, organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have excellent customer service skills
