Production Planner (Construction)

This Production & Logistics role offers progression, training and the chance to shape how things run day to day in an award winning Construction Group.

What you'll do

  • Build detailed production schedules from forecasts, orders and inventory levels.
  • Prioritise workflow and coordinate operations to minimise delays and maximise efficiency.
  • Monitor progress, flag risks early and remove bottlenecks with root-cause actions.
  • Plan logistics: routing, transport coordination, delivery troubleshooting and cost control.
  • Manage materials planning and inventory levels; liaise with suppliers for timely supply.
  • Produce performance reports; keep stakeholders informed with accurate, current data.
  • Maintain documentation for production, materials, shipments and compliance.
  • Champion safety standards and continuous improvement across planning activities.


What you'll need

  • Background in production or logistics planning within manufacturing or construction.
  • International Shipments / Commercial Invoicing
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making with clear communication and teamwork.
  • Solid grasp of quality control, safety procedures and planning best practice.
  • Organised, time-efficient and comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Competent with planning/logistics software and data reporting.
