About the Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Management Accountant to join a growing construction and development business based in Swansea.
Key Responsibilities:
•   Prepare monthly management accounts and group consolidation reports
•   Oversee payroll reconciliation and control accounts
•   Manage statutory financial packs and liaise with auditors
•   Complete bank and supplier reconciliations
•   Assist in process improvement and financial system development
About You:
•   Part-qualified / fully qualified (ACCA / ACA / CIMA) or QBE with strong experience
•   Minimum 3 years’ experience in a finance role with management accounts exposure
•   Background within construction preferredÂ
•   Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to improving financial processes
