We are currently seeking aprofessional, experienced SIA Door Supervisorto join our team for regular weekend shifts at a busy fast food restaurant chain inSwansea(SA1)
Main Duties:

Maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff and customers

De-escalating potential conflict situations

Monitoring premises and managing access control

Providing a visible deterrent and ensuring customer safety
Person Specification:

Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence

Minimum 1 year of experiencein a similar role
-
Strong background in dealing withanti-social behaviour
-
Experience and confidence inphysical intervention
-
Professional attitude, reliability, and good communication skills
