Are you a logistics whizz who loves a challenge?

We're looking for someone to "own" the entire shipping process.

This is a crucial role where you'll make sure clients get their products on time, every time, all while boosting customer satisfaction and driving down costs.

Your role:

  • Coordinate all shipments, from small packages to massive bulk orders.
  • Be the go-to person for Production and Warehouse teams, making sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Manage data exports and create shipping labels
  • Take charge of our returns system and keep track of all monthly invoices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with courier and warehouse partners.
  • Lend a hand with packing when needed.

You will need

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience in export documentation

This is an office based role - 5 days a week - working 08:00 - 16:30 or 08:30 - 17:00 daily.
