We are seeking Multi traders for maintenance and repairs in occupied homes across Swansea, Pembroke, and Bridgend.
The position offers a pay rate of £20 per hour, with a company van and the potential for a permanent role.
Candidates should have experience working in occupied homes and possess carpentry skills, with additional trade skills being advantageous.
The role guarantees 40 hours per week, overtime opportunities, and a benefits package including uniform, PDA, and power tools.
The permanent position, if pursued, offers a salary range of £32,000 to £35,000.

We are looking for a Multi traders for work in Swansea, Pembroke and Bridgend. This will be working on maintenance and repairs within occupied homes on a temporary to permanent basis. You will receive 20 per hr, company van, and an opportunity for a permanent position (if desired)

As a Multi trade your main duties will include:

Repairs within occupied properties
Ensuring new home owners are happy with work completed
Travelling between sites( Swansea, Permbroke, Bridgend)
Carpentry repairs

We are looking for a Multi trade who has:

Experience working in occupied homes
Keen eye for detail
Carpentry, painting, any additional trade skills are a bonus

In return the Multi trade will receive:

20 per hr
40 hrs per week
Overtime available

Power tools
Weekly pay
