Due to amazing news and growth, they are looking to add 2 Senior Field Project Engineers to join their engineering team working across the UK and Ireland.  With further growth on the horizon, this is an exciting opportunity for an experience Senior Project Engineer to join the team and be part of their amazing story.
**This is a field-based role**
Senior Field Project Engineer
Location: Swansea (HQ)
ÂŁ40,000 - ÂŁ45,000 (DOE) company medical plan, company pension scheme, company van, fuel card, company credit card, Overnight bonus & food allowance, and 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Carry out system flushing according to BSRIA BG29 and BG50 guidelines.
- Conduct pre commission of closed loop heating and chilled water systems.
- Perform chemical dosing.
- Monitor and take samples for laboratory reports.
- Review lab results and recommend specific treatments methods needed.
- Liaise with site managers, engineers and sub-contractors.
- Assist in systems troubleshooting – resolving issues and supporting project completion.
- Maintaining accurate work records and chemicals used.
To apply you MUST have or hold:
- Strong Engineering knowledge based around mechanical, chemical and electrical/industrial disciplines.
- Knowledge of plumbing and water treatment systems.
- Comfortable reading schematics/technical drawings.
- Strong IT skill set
- Experience in writing Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS)
- Knowledge of chemical dosing systems and base corrosion chemistry is beneficial.
- Awareness of BSRIA BG29 & BG50 guidelines.
- Be physically fit and capable to cope with field based tasks.
- Understanding of Project Management process.
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
- Capable of leading and supporting teams.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Be able to work awayÂ
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- Be willing to undertake DBS check – as per site requirements.
