What will you be doing as the production supervisor
- Leading your team to achieve production targets and deliver quality results.
- Collaborating with other departments to drive continuous improvement
- Championing Health & Safety and identifying areas for further improvement.
- Using Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools to streamline processes
What do you need to apply for the production supervisor position
- Leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement techniques
- Recognised supervisory or management training (desirable)
- Experience with new product introduction (desirable)
