We are looking for a passionate and experienced
Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager to join our leadership team at Luigis, a new fine dining restaurant in the heart of Swansea.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping a high-standard, elegant dining experience.

What We're Looking ForMinimum 3 years experience in a managerial role within a fine dining or high-end restaurant
Strong leadership and communication skills
Confidence in managing daily operations, reservations, floor service, and team supervision
A genuine passion for hospitality and refined guest service
Calm under pressure, highly organised, and detail oriented
Team player with a hands-on approach and a positive attitude
Your RoleOversee and support front-of-house service to deliver excellence
Lead and motivate the team during service
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest experience
Manage bookings, events, and guest relations
Liaise with kitchen and ownership to ensure smooth daily operations
