Involve Recruitment are looking for a driven and experienced Site Agent with a strong heavy civils background to join an infrastructure project in the Swansea region. This position is ideal for professionals who have delivered complex civils projects from inception to completion and are ready to take the next step in a innovative organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of a major heavy civils project including initial mobilisation, construction phases, and final handover.
  • Manage and lead the site team, ensuring productivity, safety, and technical compliance.
  • Maintain programme schedules, manage cost control, and drive quality assurance.
  • Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders effectively.

Essential Criteria:

  • Demonstrable experience managing complex civil engineering projects (e.g., earthworks, marine structures, utilities, or reinforced concrete works).
  • Strong track record of taking projects from pre-start through to successful handover.
  • Excellent understanding of health & safety, CDM regulations, and construction best practices.
  • Experience delivering works with direct labour force is preferable.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior involvement in marine or flood defence-related projects is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of environmentally sensitive site operations is a plus.

This position is not for someone who will need to relocate.
