About the Role:
As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional cleaning and food & beverage services to patients across our hospital wards. Your warm and friendly demeanour will help create a supportive atmosphere for those who need it most.

Key Responsibilities:

Ward Host Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Ward patient dining team to deliver high-quality service tailored to patients' needs and preferences.
  • Coordinate meal and beverage services in line with the Ward Timing Schedule.
  • Monitor dining activities to ensure smooth operations and patient satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting meals that reflect the standards of our organisation.
  • Liaise with kitchen staff and other departments for timely and accurate meal delivery.

Domestic Responsibilities:

  • Keep clinical and non-clinical areas spotless through mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping down surfaces.
  • Conduct scheduled deep cleans in isolation rooms and high-risk areas, adhering to strict infection prevention protocols.
  • utilise approved cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, applying barrier cleaning techniques and zoning principles.
  • Ensure high-touch surfaces are cleaned regularly and thoroughly, using colour-coded materials to prevent cross-contamination.
