Salary: £25,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent - 8.30am – 17.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am – 15.00pm on Fridays/hybrid working, being in the office 3 days per week and working from home 2 days per week.  However, for the first 6 months, you would need to be in the office full time

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive team. You will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, and facilitating communication across departments. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be key in helping our executives focus on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organise and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in project management and follow-up on action items.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
