"Forget a relationship make it a partnership and build an empire."  Eleni Sophia.   Sheridan Maine a recruiting for a dynamic organisation in a specialist sector to recruit a Finance Business Partner for a key position within their team.This is a varied role that offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and gain a broader exposure to wider finance operations and the business.Key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner will include:
  • Acting as a Finance Business Partner to various departments, delivering insightful financial reports and analysis to the leadership team.
  • Preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Managing project accounting and reporting.
  • Assisting in cash flow forecasting and reporting on working capital.
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of financial practices and processes.
  • Supporting the preparation of financial statements and accompanying analysis.
  • Providing analysis and reporting on business performance.
  • Conducting capital expenditure analysis.
  • Supporting external audit processes.
  • Undertaking other finance-related duties as required.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute, qualified Finance Business Partner looking to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation. You’ll play a key role in driving performance through meaningful financial insight and cross-functional collaboration.The ideal candidate will have:
  • A recognised accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).
  • Proven experience in a finance business partnering role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent financial systems proficiency.
  • Experience supporting and influencing a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Project accounting experience (highly desirable).
