Amour Recruitment is seeking a reliable Administrator to join our client’s busy department in Swindon.
Duties include:
- Meet and greet customers in person and answer inbound calls.
- Obtaining order numbers to include authorisation of work and regular progress updates.
- Processing and checking retail invoice costing, including texting of jobs.
- Receiving, validating, recording, and allocating parts and consumables from suppliers.
- General admin duties
Personal requirements:
- You need to be pro-active and take pride in what you do
- Have excellent communication skills
- Automotive service and parts experience essential.
- Full training will be given on systems and processes.
Hours: Monday to Friday 0830-1700 with half hour lunch.
Salary:£25,500 - £28,500 depending on experience
