Amour Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for a Service and Parts Administrator on behalf of our family-run client based in Swindon.
In this varied role, you'll support a busy service desk, supporting customers with their MOT and Service bookings.
You'll take on a parts specialist position within the team, and be responsible for the location and sourcing of vehicle parts.
Responsibilities:
- Raising Job Cards.
- Obtain Order and Parts numbers for works.
- Planning and Scheduling MOT and Service bookings.
- Handling Inbound and Outbound communications.
- Processing and checking invoices.
Requirements:
- Dynamic approach to working, given a varied range of responsibilities.
- Friendly and personable communicator.
- Great attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a similar role/industry.
Hours: 8:30-17:00 Monday to Friday
Salary: £26,000 - £30,00 DOE
