Are you a dynamic fundraising leader with a passion for relationship-building and driving income growth? We’re seeking a Head of Relationship Fundraising to lead a high-performing team at a respected healthcare charity providing end-of-life care to communities across Swindon and the surrounding areas.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy across philanthropy, corporate partnerships, major giving, and community and events. You'll lead a talented team and play a key role in shaping the organisation’s strategic income generation priorities.

This is a long-established and well-regarded charity delivering specialist, compassionate care to people living with life-limiting illnesses. The organisation relies heavily on the generosity of the local community to fund its services and is embarking on an exciting new five-year strategy to extend its impact and reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire teams across philanthropy, corporate, major donor, and community fundraising
- Develop and deliver strategic fundraising plans to meet ambitious income targets
- Oversee key events and fundraising campaigns
- Build relationships with high-value supporters and stakeholders
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and outstanding donor stewardship

- Proven success securing significant income through relationship fundraising channels
- Strategic thinker with excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong track record in delivering and managing income-generating strategies and budgets
- Passionate about charitable causes, with a commitment to making a tangible difference
