We are proud to be working in partnership with several primary schools across the Swindon area and are looking for enthusiastic graduates who are:

About the Role:

As a Graduate TA, you will:

  • Support students in KS1 and KS2 across core subjects, helping to raise attainment and engagement.
  • Deliver small group interventions and one-to-one academic support.
  • Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom activities, and behaviour management.
  • Contribute to a culture of high expectations and academic excellence.
  • Gain valuable experience for a future career in teaching or education.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A degree in Maths, English, Science, or a closely related subject.
  • A genuine interest in working with young people and supporting their academic progress.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, professional, and enthusiastic approach.
  • Previous experience in tutoring, mentoring, or classroom support (desirable but not essential).
