A leading Law firm based in Swindon is currently recruiting for a Secretary / Legal Assistant to join their team on a full time basis, the ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational abilities, a keen attention to detail, and a proven track record in supporting legal professionals in a busy, high-standard environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated administrative support to the Legal Team
  • Ensure efficient file compliance, document production, and comprehensive file organisation
  • Produce high-quality court bundles and other essential legal documents
  • Maintain a high standard of accuracy in typing and document preparation
  • Understand and apply the appropriate style and format of statements of case
  • Perform audio-typing tasks
  • Operate within a case management system to organize and monitor case progress.

About you:

  • Minimum of 2 years specific and recent experience in Legal support
  • High level proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience in producing bundles and organising legal documentation
  • Excellent attention to detail and exceptional typing accuracy
  • Proficiency in using case management systems
