Email Marketing Executive

Location: Swindon Based - based in or around the Swindon area, you’ll be required to be in the Swindon office 3 days per week.

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience 

The Role

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and executing their email and LinkedIn outreach strategies to drive lead generation and support broader business objectives.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring proven B2B experience in email and LinkedIn marketing, along with a data-driven, test-and-learn mindset that ensures your plans align with their overarching UK marketing and business strategy.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced position within a high-growth environment, requiring strong communication, exceptional organisational skills, and a proactive sense of ownership.

Key Responsibilities

You will report into the to the CRM & Data Manager and will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver targeted email marketing strategies that align with the broader marketing plan—driving demand among prospects and engaging existing customers to support acquisition, cross-sell, and retention goals.
  • Plan and execute email campaigns across the full customer lifecycle, ensuring consistent and impactful communication at every stage.
  • Lead and manage their LinkedIn outreach program, generating high-quality leads and nurturing relationships with prospects.
  • Oversee relationships with external partners, including service providers and agencies, to ensure seamless collaboration and high-quality output.
  • Monitor key performance metrics — such as engagement rates, open rates, and click-throughs—and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Support the wider marketing team with ad-hoc projects, contributing to a collaborative and agile working environment.
  • Provide day-to-day support and coordination for administrative contractors, ensuring smooth operations and task completion.

 KPIs:

  • Quantity and quality of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) generated through email and LinkedIn outreach, with a focus on lead conversion potential and alignment with target audience profiles.
  • Timely and consistent execution of email and LinkedIn marketing activities, ensuringalignment with campaign calendars, messaging strategy, and performance benchmarks.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in B2B email marketing, ideally with 5+ years of hands-on experience driving successful campaigns and lead generation.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with a strong track record of delivering results across the responsibilities outlined.
  • Commercially driven and self-motivated, with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
  • Independent and solution-oriented, capable of taking initiative while also being a collaborative and dependable team player.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.
  • Versatile and action-oriented, comfortable contributing to strategic marketing discussions, managing operational execution, and rolling up your sleeves to get things done at every level.
