An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced Residential Property Manager to join a dynamic, independent Lettings agency with offices in Swindon.
With thriving sales and lettings departments and an excellent local reputation, the company is seeking an experienced, friendly, well-presented, and ambitious professional to manage a local residential property portfolio while building excellent relationships with clients.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties
- Liaise effectively with landlords and tenants
- Ensure compliance with lettings regulations and company policies
- Handle maintenance issues promptly and efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times
- Maintain accurate property records and documentation
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Proven experience in property management or residential lettings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of customer service expertise
- Positive attitude and excellent telephone manner
- Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
- Knowledge of Swindon and surrounding area (advantageous)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Professional, proactive approach to estate agency
