Join our team as an International Assignment Consultant. This role is perfect for a proactive and quick-thinking individual who can manage multiple relocations simultaneously. You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring their relocation process is smooth and successful.
Day-to-day of the role:- Act as the single point of contact and coordination for all phases of the international relocation process.
- Coordinate and manage the delivery of all relocation services based on individual client policies.
- Build long-term relationships with all customers and ensure an excellent customer service is provided at all times.
- Manage and maintain all internal and external relationships.
- Take responsibility for all elements of the relocation and demonstrate knowledge on all services and products.
- Fluency in German and English is essential.
- Experience in relocation, global mobility, or a similar field is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse individuals.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and make decisions quickly.
- Opportunity to work up to 4 weeks abroad per year, in addition to annual leave.
