Key Responsibilities of the Customer Success Specialist:

  • Responding quickly and professionally to customer queries across email, chat, phone, and social media
  • Supporting customers in the UK, US, and Germany (don’t worry, you don’t need to speak German!)
  • Maintaining customer accounts and following up to ensure every issue is resolved
  • Sharing feedback to help us improve our products and service
  • Collaborating with a friendly team to deliver solutions and build trust
  • Embodying the voice and values of our two beautiful brands

What We're Looking For:

  • A superstar communicator with excellent English and razor-sharp people skills
  • Confidence on the phone and in writing, with a helpful, can-do attitude
  • Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • UK work authorisation (required)
  • Own transport preferred due to shift hours and location (on-site only)
