We are seeking an Account Manager to develop strong working relationships with a growing number of clients across the UK and Ireland for our client. This role won’t involve new business development so no cold calling all warm.

The ideal candidate is someone that is able to build relationships with ease who has previous office experience and is looking to grow and develop their career within an ever-expanding organisation.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships within a defined group of existing Private, Public, and Third Sector accounts.
  • Finding opportunities to grow and develop existing client base.
  • Understand clients' long-term needs through regular contact via phone, email, and predominantly video calls.
  • Drive additional revenue through the development of new product sales.
  • Coordinate with the Business Development Team to ensure the successful development of new client accounts.
  • Create content to support marketing campaigns to the account base, including Mailer Campaigns or Client/Participant Case Studies. 
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Account Management to write accurate and persuasive proposals to secure maximum revenue generation from projects.
  • Work with the Operations Team to ensure successful design and management of projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions on the CRM.
  • Report on sales activity and accurately forecast the account management pipeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous office/relevant experience.
  • Exceptional organisational and client management skills.
