Join a team driving strategic change and measurable impact across the UK and further afield. As a Senior Transformation Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping transformation projects from concept to delivery.
What you will do
• Assess and prioritise ideas and initiatives
• Ask the critical “Why?” and “What?” before technical teams and BAs dive into requirements
• Develop and Analyse high-level cost and benefit metrics
• Evaluate ROI and time-to-value
• Analyse and document business requirements
• Support business case development with cost-benefit and ROI insights
• Model solutions and collaborate with technical teams
• Identify process optimisation opportunities and drive continuous improvement
• Provide data-driven recommendations to influence decisions
What we’re looking for:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in business case development and process optimisation
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and solution modelling
• Degree-level education (Prince2, Lean Six Sigma desirable)
