Role & Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner:This is a dual role that combines operational HR delivery with strategic support, focusing on enhancing employee engagement, leadership development, and talent acquisition. As a Business Partner, you will work closely with managers and leaders across designated teams to ensure high levels of performance, compliance, and culture alignment.

  • Partnering with leaders to deliver full lifecycle HR support, from recruitment to onboarding and development.
  • Coaching and guiding managers in people leadership and process compliance.
  • Monitoring attendance and wellbeing and supporting managers with performance and absence matters.
  • Delivering effective recruitment strategies, directly sourcing talent and managing agency relationships where required.
  • Developing and coordinating onboarding programmes that ensure long-term retention and a strong start for new hires.
  • Leading and supporting HR initiatives across areas including PDRs, engagement feedback, and policy reviews.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and champion of HR best practices and the company’s core behavioural values.

About You as the HR Business Partner:

  • Background in delivering strategic and operational HR support with strong business partnering experience.
  • Proven track record in recruitment strategy delivery and sourcing top talent creatively.
  • Skilled in developing effective onboarding programmes and driving retention.
  • Able to build influential relationships at all levels and deliver commercially focused solutions.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and manage projects.
  • Proactive and motivated, with a high degree of emotional intelligence and confidentiality.
  • Adept at analysing data and presenting insights in a fresh and engaging way.
  • Knowledgeable about HR systems and confident in using them for record-keeping, tracking, and insights.
  • Level 5 CIPD or equivalent desirable but not essential.
