Your new roleAs a Sales Administrator, your role will involve:
- Work collaboratively to support the Sales Operation team
- Data administration
- Data entry
- Processing Sales Leads into our CRM, Salesforce.
- Managing existing clients on our database.
- Nurturing relationships
- Upselling/cross-selling business and generating more sales.
- Managing CRM systems
What you'll need to succeed
- The ideal candidate will come from an Account Manager/ Sales/ Administrative background.
- Good initiative, excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, computer-literacy.
- Enjoy speaking to clients / customers with the skillset to upsell / cross-sell and extract relevant information.
- Live chat experience would be beneficial.
- You will also have an excellent level of concentration, with the ability to stay organised and prioritise workloads.
- Experience working with a CRM system involving accurate data capture is highly desirable.
