Location: MidlandsSalary: £90,000.00 + car + bonusSummary:This role will hold responsibility for the leadership and delivery of all commercial, health and safety and operational results for multiple sites in the Midlands and will therefore require extensive management experience gained from a B2B service delivery environment. A growth mindset and exceptional people leader are skills that are required to compliment a strong commercial acumen.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver business growth within the Midlands region
- Manage the financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting for budgets in the region of £60 million
- Provide exceptional leadership across the reporting management team and able to build a high performing teams
- Drive a lean culture
- Accountable for the management of Health and Safety
- Develop the continuous improvement of customer and service provision for the region
Experience:
- Extensive management experience from a B2B service delivery environment
- A demonstratable track record of successful commercial and operational performance
- Extensive transport/logistics experience and CPC qualification preferred
- Experience of people management in a Trade Union environment
- Possess a growth mindset and be a good solution finder
