Our client, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Tamworth. If you have a proven track record in recruitment, ideally within the driving/logistics sector, and are passionate about delivering tailored solutions, this could be the perfect role for you.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for Driving roles, from initial client briefing to candidate placement. This position plays a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring that the agency continues to provide exceptional recruitment services within the Driving sector.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Driving roles, from client briefing to candidate placement

• Develop and nurture robust relationships with clients and candidates in the Driving sector

• Source and screen high-calibre candidates through various channels to maintain a quality talent pool

• Match candidate skills and experience to client requirements, offering expert guidance and advice

• Achieve and surpass individual and team targets through proactive business development and effective recruitment strategies

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the driving/logistics sector

• Strong sales and business development skills with a demonstrable history of achieving targets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building rapport

• In-depth understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation

• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving
