Welder Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator with strong experience in TIG welding to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in precision fabrication, be capable of working from engineering drawings, and take pride in producing high-quality work. Proficiency in MIG welding will be considered a strong advantage.

You will be part of a supportive and safety-focused environment, working on a variety of bespoke and production projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out TIG welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and/or aluminium components.

• Perform MIG welding when required (training can be provided if necessary).

• Fabricate and assemble metal structures from technical drawings and specifications.

• Operate workshop tools such as saws, grinders, drills, and bending/forming equipment.

• Inspect and ensure weld quality meets required standards.

• Work efficiently to production targets while maintaining safety and quality.

• Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator (TIG essential; MIG advantageous).

• Ability to read and interpret fabrication/engineering drawings accurately.

• Competent in measuring, cutting, and assembling metal components.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Good understanding of health and safety standards.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
