  • Processing accurate and timely payroll in line with internal deadlines.
  • Managing payroll lifecycle tasks, including onboarding, leavers, pay changes, and statutory updates.
  • Handling time, attendance, absence, and holiday data to ensure clean payroll runs.
  • Carrying out audits and checking exception reports to spot and fix discrepancies.
  • Generating reports and managing payroll data for internal teams and external bodies (HMRC, pension providers, etc.).
What You’ll Need:
  • 2+ years’ experience in payroll processing.
  • Proven knowledge of end-to-end payroll procedures.
  • Great communication and customer service skills – confident liaising with stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, detail-focused attitude with a commitment to accuracy.
