This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000 DOE. The position is site-based, as the HR team plays a vital customer-facing role within the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor with a broad generalist background who is keen to progress and develop into a Business Partner role within a growing organisation.
The Role:-
Act as the main HR point of contact for a designated business area.

Manage ER cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management.

Lead end-to-end recruitment activity.

Produce HR reports and analyse relevant metrics.

Support the implementation of a new HRIS system.

Lead and contribute to key HR projects.

Ensure HR policies and procedures remain compliant with current legislation.

Support wellbeing and employee engagement initiatives.

Mentor and provide guidance to other HR team members.

Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor role.

Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and manage challenging stakeholders.

Confident decision-maker with excellent prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.
