Production Operative

Location: Taunton Salary: £12.21 per hour Contract: Temp to Perm

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse & Production Operative to join our growing team in Taunton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive environment where no two days are the same.

You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks including labelling, packing, stock movement and general warehouse duties. With production levels increasing, this role offers stability, variety and the chance to develop new skills.

• Carry out general warehouse and production duties

• Labelling, packing boxes and preparing orders

• Maintain a clean and tidy workspace

• Work collaboratively with the production team and other departments

• Support health & safety standards across the site

• Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination

• Organised, proactive and willing to take on varied tasks

• Previous warehouse or production experience is desirable

• Positive attitude and team-focused approach

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
