M1/M2 Qualified Traffic Management Operatives - Taunton
Our client requires Traffic Management Operatives in the Taunton area to carry out tasks such as setting up temporary traffic lights, manning road closures and using a stop/go board and other Traffic Management roles.
Successful candidates for the role of TM Operative should have:-
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to carry out work to a high standard
- Good communication skills
Applicants must have:
- Lantra M1/2 and ideally an M5 (not essential)
- CSCS card (Preferred)
- Good timekeeping skills
- Willingness and flexibility to undertake some shifts out of normal working hours
- Willingness to carry out other tasks upon request
- Driving License (Preferred)
Hours of work:
Monday - Friday , days or nights.
Rate of Pay:
- £12.50 per hour
- Overtime at 150% after 40 hours Monday - Friday, nights and Saturdays
- Standby payments for being on call Monday - Thursday or Friday - Sunday
These will be PAYE positions so you will benefit from:
- Accrued Holiday Pay from day one
- Pension contributions (after a qualifying period)
- Weekly Pay
- Overtime at overtime rates
- No umbrella payments or fees
- Only Tax and National Insurance deductions and this will be shown on your payslip.
