Our Client

Autograph Recruitment are delighted to be partnered with a family feel business who are currently experiencing significant growth. They are now looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic Shift Manager to join them.

As Shift Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading the production team. Overseeing the overall performance of the shift and working towards KPI’s.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will push to deliver great service through an efficient, safe, and timely department.

Responsibilities of Shift Manager:

  • Leading and motivating a team of production staff to ensure efficient and safe operation of the production line.
  • Overseeing daily production processes and meeting set targets for quality, output, and safety.
  • Identifying and resolving production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Ensuring adherence to all food safety and quality control standards.
  • Maintaining accurate production records and completing all necessary paperwork.
  • Contributing to a positive and productive team environment

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience of managing or supervising a team
  • Experience with working in a fast-paced food production environment
  • Ability to work to deadlines efficiently
  • Attention to detail, analysing data and information to contribute to the continuous improvement of the team
  • Good under pressure, punctual, and adaptable to workloads
