RESPONSIBILITIES· Handle a broad and steady caseload of private client matters, including drafting Wills, establishing Trusts, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, and managing Estate and Trust Administration· Deliver an exceptional client experience by providing clear, compassionate, and professional legal advice in face-to-face meetings· Work closely with a supportive team of experienced colleagues in a busy, collaborative environment where knowledge-sharing is encouraged· Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients, many of whom return to the firm generation after generation· Play an active role in community-focused legal services and outreach, reinforcing the firm's trusted local presence· Proactively support business development through networking, referrals, and involvement in local events· Contribute to the department's continued success by upholding regulatory standards, maintaining meticulous file management, and handling all financial aspects of your caseload

ABOUT YOU· Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1+ PQE in private client work· Confident in handling a diverse range of non-contentious matters, with a solid grounding in estate planning, trust creation and administration, and probate· Personable, empathetic, and enthusiastic about engaging directly with clients and being part of a community-based practice
