Meridian is seeking a Costumer Service & Repairs Manager to join our clients expanding repairs service delivery team.

Location: Teddington
Salary: ÂŁ40,000 per annum + fantastic employee benefits (see below)

We’re looking for a confident and experienced leader to head up our client's Repairs Advisors team and help deliver excellent service to their residents. If you’re a natural problem-solver and want to put customers first, this could be the perfect role for you.

In a typical day, you’ll be coaching your team, handling escalated issues, and keeping service quality high across all customer contact channels. You’ll coordinate responses to formal complaints, oversee key performance targets, and act as the first point of contact for clients—making sure we stay one step ahead in delivering great outcomes. You’ll also play a key role in onboarding new clients and introducing systems and contractors, while working closely with finance to ensure smooth invoice processes.

Your ability to stay calm under pressure and keep things running smoothly will be essential. With your excellent communication skills, you’ll keep customers, colleagues, and clients in the loop. You’ll be confident, proactive, and adaptable, and lead by example to deliver exceptional service every time.

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous managerial experience in repairs.
  • Strong background in customer service, ideally in social housing.
  • Confident using IT systems.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and deliver against target.
