This full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract role is based in the Richmond area and offers a strong opportunity to make an impact in a busy team.Job Title: Resource SchedulerSalary: £30,868 per annumContract: 12-month Fixed-Term ContractResponsibilities of Resource Scheduler:

  • Schedule and allocate work orders efficiently for operatives and subcontractors.
  • Monitor operative activity and ensure jobs are completed within SLA.
  • Track and reallocate rejected tasks, missed appointments, and downtime.
  • Analyse performance data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service outcomes.

Requirements for Resource Scheduler:

  • Experience in scheduling, ideally within housing repairs or maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong IT proficiency, including Word, Excel, and database systems.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to resolve issues quickly.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and best practice in data handling.
