Meridian is seeking a Senior Subcontractor Coordinator to join our clients expanding repairs service delivery team.
Senior Subcontractor Coordinator
Location: Teddington
Salary: £38,445 per annum + fantastic employee benefits (see below)
Sector: Social Housing
This role shall be our lead in identifying, liaising with and managing all Subcontractor Partner delivered work to ensure a safe, compliant, efficient and cost-effective solution to specialist works as part of our Responsive and Voids repairs contract.
Youll schedule and manage Subcontractor Partner works through to completion, making sure that works are suitably distributed by collaborating with stakeholders and internal teams. Youll make sure the end to end process is efficient and that service level agreements, health and safety, compliance and commercial requirements are met.
Youll have experience working in social housing repairs and voids in a similar role, with the ability to manage a team and work with stakeholders to deliver an excellent service. Youll have experience in setting goals and have an eye for identifying where improvements can be made to processes.
