- Diary management and administrative support for the Head of Operations
- Organising meetings, booking rooms, and arranging refreshments
- Managing invoices, raising purchase orders on SAP, and liaising with suppliers
- Overseeing general office tasks including filing, archiving, and stationary orders
- Maintaining digital filing systems and updating site notice boards
- Supporting audits and preparing relevant documentation
- Managing time and attendance records and the team holiday planner
- Acting as a communication link between corporate and site operations
- Handling incoming calls and general enquiries
- Highly proficient in numeracy and literacy, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organisational abilities
- Experience using SAP is highly advantageous
- Able to work on own initiative
- Confident in building strong working relationships at all levels
- Proven experience supporting a wide range of administrative duties in a dynamic and busy setting
