Rotating Day Shift - Monday - Friday

What You Will Do:

  • Oversee site facilities management, including lighting, plumbing, sprinkler systems, fire alarm maintenance, and HVAC systems.
  • Conduct general repairs to buildings, roads, drains, and other infrastructure while ensuring compliance with insurance and BRC standards.
  • Manage contractors effectively, including issuing permits to work and ensuring safety standards are met.
  • Support engineering teams with TPM activities, including PPM cycles, corrective work, and compliance with LOLER and PUWER regulations.
  • Collaborate with engineering management to resolve machine issues and optimise production equipment performance.
  • Implement cost-effective solutions while adhering to budgetary constraints, ensuring value for the business.

What You Will Bring:

  • Certification as a qualified craftsperson with NVQ or C&G in Mechanical, Electrical, or Multi-skilled disciplines.
  • Proven experience in a maintenance environment, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems and a strong track record of adhering to PPM schedules.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and contractors.
  • A hands-on, detail-oriented approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

You will have current or recent experience working as a building services engineer, facilities engineer, TPM engineer or Site Services Engineer.
