Ideal Recruit is currently looking for HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers with a minimum of 6 months of experience for a well-established client based in Telford.
Job Description:
- Type of work: Refrigerated units RDC to RDC deliveries and collections (loading and unloading of palletized goods).
- Steady year-round work with consistent shifts.
- Long hours: 12+ hour shifts.
- Shift availability from Monday to Sunday.: Days / Afternoons / Nights.
Rates of Pay: PAYE with holiday including.
- Monday to Friday:
- Days £17.71 / Nights £18.86 per hour.
- Saturday:
- Days £21.14 / Nights £22.29 per hour.
- Sunday:
- Days £22.29 / Nights £23.43 per hour.
Additional Information:
- Assessment is required, lasting approximately 4 to 5 hours.
- Block bookings week in advance.
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience as a Class 1 driver.
- Refrigerated unit driving experience preferred.
- Valid Driver’s CPC card and Digital Tachograph card.
- No more than 6 points for minor endorsements.
